Benefits of Forward Bends

When I started to practice yoga, I was not a huge fan of forward folds. I felt very stiff and it wasn't possible for me to fold very much forward. Without using any props to support, I tolerated the pain for a while in every forward fold until I discovered how great they can actually feel if you do it properly and avoid the common mistakes I see in my classes now day by day.
