In this Vinyasa Yoga class, we will flow gracefully and move mindfully – Engaging in dynamic movements that flow with your breath and release old or trapped energies. Strengthen your body, mind, and soul by following a sequence of postures that allow for more openness, circulation and softening of the body. Calm and ground the mind with a meditative focus on the breath. Reconnect body, mind, heart, and soul by uniting and synchronizing with your unique flow.

Please come around five minutes earlier to class. If possible, please bring your own mat.
